Itineraries

Day 1

MIAMI / LIMA

Reception at the airport in Lima and transfer to your hotel
overnight at your hotel in Lima.

Day 2

CUSCO / OLLANTAYTAMBO

Reception at the airport of Cusco.
Then we will go to the Sacred Valley of the Incas.
On our trip to the Sacred Valley we will go to Pisac walk through the market of Pisac, the most typical market in Latin America with its typical streets, adobe houses and tile roof, artisans from different countries come to this market to sell their handicrafts. Then we’ll go by car to Ollantaytambo which is one of the best preserved Inca cities until now, with its narrow streets where the water supplies the whole town from the Inca period to the present, its houses with well carved Inca stones and the people that preserve the Inca tradition.
Overnight at your hotel in Ollantaytambo.

Day 3

OLLANTAYTAMBO / CUSCO

Breakfast
Visit of one of the most important towns of the Inca period Ollantaytambo, this town keeps alive the Inca traditions, we’ll visit this archaeological center, where the Incas made anti-seismic trapezoidal doors, also we’ll visit the place called Inca gallows, but is not a gallow, it is where we will know the immense advances in astronomy of the Inca empire, after this visit we will leave in the direction of the Inca city, Pisac. We will walk through its abandoned streets after the Spanish conquest and we will know its irrigation system, agriculture. its solar clock and we will descend to the town of Pisac founded by the Spains.
Lunch in Pisac and then We continue our trip to Cusco
Overnight at your hotel.

Day 4

CUSCO

Very early we will leave for a visit to the capital of the Inca Empire. Cusco has a puma shape we will start our walk in the tail of the puma and we will go to its head then we will continue the visit of the archaeological park of Sacsayhuaman we will visit Kenko and finish our visit in the temple of the water
Return to Cusco, dinner and overnight at the Hotel in Cusco.
This day we will walk a distance of : 4 Km.
Duration: 4-5 hours.

Day 5

CUSCO / SORAYPAMPA / SOYROCOCHA

Travel from Cusco by bus to Soraypampa, which is located near the sacred mountain of "Salkantay". And we will go to the town of Mollepata, and then we will start walking from Soraypampa to Soroycocha. We have the chance to enjoy the Salkantay Trek in the sacred mountain of the incas ( the mountain of Salcantay)
Distance: 7 km.
Duration: 7-9 hours
Altitude: 2950m. to 4,600 m
Altitude of the camp: 2950 m.

Day 6

SOYROCOCHA / COLLPAPAMPA

After waking near to the sacred mountains and the small lake, we will have lunch and we will go to the highest point of the trek 4600 m. From this point we will have a panoramic view of the mountains of the Andes, glaciers and lakes. You've never felt so close to heaven, with such a deep connection to the nature. Then we will descend to the Huayramachay mountain at 4000 m. We leave El Salkantay and arrive at the second camp, Collpapampa at 2,950 m.

Day 7

COLLPAPAMPA / SANTA TERESA

Breakfast, then we will continue by minibus to Santa Teresa.
On the way we can appreciate where the fruits grow, the coffee in this part of the jungle of Cusco, the weather is very humid
Arrive to Santa Teresa. we could swim in the thermal waters of Santa Teresa.
Night in Santa Teresa.
Altitude : 1850 m to 2040m
Duration : 6-7 hours.

Day 8

SANTA TERESA / HIDROELÉCTRICA / AGUAS CALIENTES

Travel by car to the hydroelectric power station, then we will walk in the middle of this heavenly place surrounded by plants of coffee and banana trees and after we will go to the town of Aguas Calientes, we will have the opportunity to see the mountains of Machu Picchu and Huayna Picchu.
Night in the town of Aguas calientes.
Altitude: 2,040m to 2,500 m

Day 9

AGUAS CALIENTES / MACHUPICCHU / CUSCO

During this day, we will visit Machu Picchu, one of the most impressive monuments on the planet. Nothing in the organization or structure of the fortress was left to chance. Is like if it was made with the computers.
After we will go to the train station
Return by train to the town of Ollantaytambo.
From there, we will travel by car to Cusco.
Night at the hotel.

Day 10

CUSCO / VINICUNCA MONTAÑA DE 7 COLORES

Very early we will departure to the mountain of 7 colors travel through the Valley of Cusco and then continue our trek up to the slopes of the hill Vinicunca.
As we walk we will observe Andean animals such as the alpaca and the llama. Finally we will reach a height of 5200 meters above sea level. Where we will appreciate the mountain of 7 colors. After this magnificent experience we will return to enjoy a lunch and in the afternoon we will return to Cusco.

CUSCO / LIMA / MIAMI

After breakfast we will be transfer to the airport in Cusco to take the flight to Lima.
